VEGAN BLUEBERRY BANANA OAT PROTEIN MUFFINS! Ingredients: 2.5c gluten free oats, 1c of vegan Greek yogurt (I used SoDelicious Plain), 1/2c applesauce, 1/2c honey, 2tsp baking powder, 1tsp baking soda, 2tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, 1tsp vanilla, 3 ripe bananas (smashed) and a few handfuls of blueberries. Combine all ingredients and mix well until everything is incorporated. Preheat oven to 400 and spray two muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for 18-20min or until done. Let them cool and enjoy! :D #chesleyshrinkingfood
